SECDEX Listing
On April 30, 2025, the Company’s Board of Directors approved the Company’s listing of its Tokens on the following exchange: Securities, Commodities and Derivatives Exchange (“SECDEX”), which is based and licensed in Seychelles.
The Company is already working with qualified brokers and large investors who have committed USD 100 million investment into the Company to finance projects for the indigenous in Oceania, Africa and the Caribbean on behalf of a minimum Afro Caribbean diaspora and crowd source funding platform (the “Platform”) exceeding 6.5 million members.
