SECDEX Listing
On April 30, 2025, the Company’s Board of Directors approved the Company’s listing of its Tokens on the following exchange: Securities, Commodities and Derivatives Exchange (“SECDEX”), which is based and licensed in Seychelles.
The Company is already working with Entec Capital Corp. UK Ltd., a UK based parent company currently managing 26 subsidiaries and affiliates and headed by Chairman, Phillip Catlyn-Springer. which has committed USD 100 million investment into the Company to finance projects for the indigenous in Oceania, Africa and the Caribbean on behalf of a minimum Afro Caribbean diaspora and crowd source funding platform (the “Platform”) exceeding 6.5 million members. Further noted that the Company is still making private placement offers to qualified and accredited investors in respect to its IGST – security tokens and the minimum investment per investor has been set at USD 100.000 per investor to comply with security regulations and laws in the USA/ Canada, Europe, Oceania and the UK.
However, to incentivize the Platform members only in respect of IGST security tokens issued and custodied by the exchange SECDEX, the Company’s Board of Directors has approved the lower investment threshold bar per investor of USD 500 vs USD 100,000. As for any IGST tokens obtained from the Company directly, the investment threshold for the time being will be kept at USD 100.000 per investor.
